It’s important to be transparent and proactive when it comes to communication. The wait and see approach is no longer acceptable. While you wait, various outlets are already pulling together pieces and creating your story. Your story should come directly from you to your audience. In order to do this one must be in constant connection with themselves, their brand, and their audience. This constant connection allows you to know exactly what you should say, how you should say it, and what channel you should use to say it on. By creating a strategy for transparent and fast communication your audience will not only appreciate you but will trust you as well.
