I’m Felicia Pratt—a civic-minded leader and systems thinker managing the operational heartbeat of USC’s Capital Campus while building authentic connections across government, academia, and community. Whether I’m overseeing a 60,000 sq ft LEED-certified building or launching a local civic initiative, my work is grounded in belonging, impact, and intentionality.

I’ve always been a builder—not just of physical spaces, but of trust, partnerships, and purpose-driven systems. With a doctorate in Social Work and a career that spans civic engagement, public policy, and operational strategy, I now stand at a powerful intersection: where buildings meet belonging, and where leadership is as much about logistics as it is about listening.
